DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED TRAINING AND LEARNING PROJECTS
Innovations and Benefits
This service includes the development of distance and/or “blended” learning projects and initiatives through the production of educational contents and their delivery through a Learning Management System.
Based on open source LMS Moodle, the service allows to fully manage all activities: user registration and identification, contributions archiving and course structuring, organization of educational contents, and use of various collaborative tools. It also allows to manage course catalogues, track users’ activities, and supply evaluation tests.
The implementation of this service on the ENEA cloud ensures its diffusion through a robust infrastructure equipped with backup and disaster recovery systems.

Development of web-based e-learning and training projects; implementation of multimedia educational contents by way of authoring software.
Applications and ongoing Activities
ENEA currently manages and offers to ENEA and non-ENEA users an overall amount of 140 courses, Specific courses have been developed to answer requests by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, in the framework of National and EU-funded projects, in collaborations with companies, universities and high schools.
