Innovations and Benefits
In the ENEA laboratories, thanks to the CALLIOPE gamma irradiation system, it is possible to carry out research and development activities on glittering materials for irradiation detectors in high energy physics experiments. Another service available is the execution of gamma irradiation tests on electronic components (power supplies) for applications with high magnetic field values and for high levels of radiation.
