ENEA and TWAS (The World Academy of Sciences for the advancement of science in the developing countries) co-signed a collaboration agreement in 2017 encouraging the diffusion of advanced research and technologies in developing countries. The agreement consists in delivering a joint fellowships programme specifically targeted at researchers from the so-called “Science and technology lagging countries”.

 

ENEA Activities

ENEA funds an International Researcher Mobility programme. The joint ENEA-TWAS committee selects the best talented scientists from developing countries universities and research institutes, who are offered the opportunity to undertake high-level training and research in the ENEA laboratories for a period of up to 12 months.
