Technical Unit Renewable Energy Sources

The ENEA Technical Unit for Renewable Energy Sources (UTRINN) deals with the development and dissemination of novel and emerging renewable energy technologies aimed at reducing carbon emissions and improving economic competitiveness and security of the Italian energy sistem. The Unit's strategy is closely linked to the European Commission's vision (H2020, Strategic Energy Technology Plan) and the National Energy Strategy.
