CHARACTERIZATION OF ENERGY AND ELECTRIC PARAMETERS OF COLD APPLIANCES

ENEA has laboratories for the characterization of energy and electrical parameters of cold appliances (refrigerators, freezers, freezer cabinets) for domestic and professional use, electric ovens (for domestic and professional use) and other small appliances. Field measurements are also possible.
Use
These are laboratories that operate not so much to offer "services" as in the definition and application of innovative test methods; different types of tests are possible, standard or ad hoc, to:
- determine the energy consumption and performance of the appliances;
- evaluate the impact of external environment conditions and user habits on performance and consumption;
- evaluate the efficiency of the components;
- carry out experimental studies on innovative prototypes.

Definition and performance of user simulation tests for household appliances. Collaboration with Indesit.
