Innovation: start-ups, third EU call to improve urban mobility

The application phase for the EIT Urban Mobility Accelerator programme batch #3 is open now!

ENEA, as partner of EIT Urban Mobility and support office of the Enterprise Europe Network, invites interested start-ups to submitt their application for the EIT Urban Mobility Accelerator programme batch #3. The call is aimed at early-stage startups from EU Member States and H2020 Associated Countries with at least 2 FTE, a properly validated, clear, scalable and innovative business idea that solves a mobility-related customer problem.

This is an EU-funded programme with five Innovation Hubs spread over Europe implemented through partners to take early-stage startups with a mobility-related business idea to the next level.

The EIT Urban Mobility Accelerator programme provides: € 5,000 in equity-free funding for your startup, added  value of several support services including 6-month Accelerator programme with mentoring, coaching and contacts to customers & investors and direct access to “living labs” and cities for the creation of new products and services.

The EIT Urban Mobility, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) has been working to transform urban mobility since 2019. Comprising 48 partners from 15 countries, it aims at creating a more ecological, inclusive, safe and smart urban mobility system. Co-funded by the EIT with 400 million euro (2020-2026) accounting for 25% of the total, EIT aims at becoming the largest European initiative shaping future urban mobility
